A luxurious Christmas cake mix consisting of raisins; sultanas; almond, currants, red & green glace cherries, cut citrus peel and mixed spice.

We have put it all together for you in an affordable package, just add your personal festive touch.

Easy Christmas cake Recipe:

1kg Gloria’s Christmas cake mix
100g Butter or marg
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
250ml water
1 tsp bi-carb
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups cake flour
Brandy is optional

Beat eggs, sugar and butter together and add water. Add Gloria’s Christmas cake mix. Sift flour, bi-carb and salt together and add into your mix. Mix and fold in.
Grease & line your 23cm round cake pan. Bake at 180 degrees C for +_2hours.
Pour Brandy over the cake and cover to cool.
