Bake-A-Ton was started in 1994 by owner, Edna Baker who saw an opportunity to provide good quality baking ingredients at an affordable price to the home industry sector.

The business started in a small room in Edna’s house where she packed down bulk ingredients which were sold to a small but loyal client base.

Word spread and Bake-A-Ton grew to supply not only the home industry sector, but the retail as well as the hospitality industries.  Today, we provide a complete shopping experience to a wide range of customers by way of our well stocked store in Pinetown, a simple and efficient delivery service as well as through our online store.
