Free Local Delivery
Please take not that our last delivery day of the year is 22nd December. We reopen on the 3rd January 2024.

Baking couldn’t be easier with Bake-A-Ton! We offer free delivery to selected areas throughout KwaZulu-Natal as well as chargeable delivery throughout the rest of South Africa.
All you need to do is order your ingredients telephonically or online from the comfort of your home and we will deliver your order to your desired location.

Free delivery is at the discretion of Bake-A-Ton. We will not deliver to areas that we deem dangerous or high risk for our drivers.

Terms & Conditions

Free Delivery Areas:

We offer free delivery in the greater Durban area for orders over R400.

Orders under R400 will be charged R70 Delivery Fee.

Free deliveries are scheduled on specific days per the allocated areas below:

• Monday: South Coast (Amanzimtoti to Port Edward)
• Tuesday: Highway Area (Pinetown to Hillcrest incl Waterfall), Hammarsdale
• Wednesday: Central Durban (Westville, Morningside, Berea, Bluff, Chatsworth, Northdene, Queensburgh, Malvern)
• Thursday: North Coast (Durban North to Stanger)
• Friday:  Pietermaritzburg and Midlands Meander. Delivery in Pietermaritzburg, Hilton, Howick and Midlands Meander route as far as Mooi River.
  *Orders under R400 incur a R70 delivery charge. Free delivery is at the discretion of Bake-A-Ton. 

Orders to be placed by 14:00 on the working day prior to your delivery.

• Bloemfontein
• Port Elizabeth
• East London

Outlying Towns

If you live on a farm or in an area not well mapped by Google Maps, you will need to collect your order from the courier depot in the town closest to you.  Alternatively, you can pay a courier surcharge that will allow us to delivery directly to you.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Delivery Costs for Chargeable Areas:

The cost of the delivery charge is dependent on the weight of your basket.  For telephone orders, this charge will be communicated to you by our sales consultant.  For online orders, a ‘Delivery Charge’ will appear upon checkout.  

Minimum Order Value for Free Delivery (Kwazulu-Natal Only):

Telephone & Online orders: You need to spend over R400 to qualify for Free Delivery.

Orders under R400 will be charged R70 Delivery Fee.

Delivery Days:

You can expect to receive your delivery on the allocated day as stated above.

We will deliver any time between 07h30 and 16h00.  

Important:

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the address provided. If no one is available to collect your purchase during your delivery day, you will need to collect your order from the courier depot at your convenience. Please remember to provide a contact number for the person who is receiving your order.7
