Where is your shop?
We are located at 125 Josiah Gumede Road (previously Old Main Rd), Pinetown. The shop is directly above Tiger Wheel & Tyre on the corner of Beviss Road and Old Main Road.
What are your shop hours?

Where do you deliver to?
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
While it is likely that you will receive your order earlier, we ask that you allow 5 - 7 working days from confirmation of purchase until you receive your order.
What if nobody is home when my order arrives?
Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at the address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it. If no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, you will need to collect your order from the courier depot at your convenience. It is very important that you provide a contact telephone number for the person receiving your order.

How do I order online?
- Browse our online store.
- Select the item you want to buy.
- If applicable select the colour, size, weight and quantity you want to purchase.
- Select the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- Once you have finished adding all your required items to your cart, select the Trolley icon on the top right corner of your screen.
- Review your items, making sure you have the correct quantities in your Trolley.
- Log into your account or create one if you haven’t already got one.
- Select ‘Checkout’.
- Proceed to pay. Select SagePay for all instant card payments.
What is NetCash?
NetCash is a secure online payment gateway that allows you to make payment using your credit/debit card.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive 3 email confirmations:
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
- Once your payment has reflected in our account, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. Note: If you have opted to pay by eft, please send a proof of payment to admin@bakeaton.co.za Once payment is received, and your order is dispatched, a tracking number and link to the courier website will be emailed to you.

Will Bake-A-ton be open during the National Lockdown?
Yes, as far as we can interpret the regulations we are a provider of essential services. Please see the Regulation stipulations below.
Our shop in Pinetown will be open and we will be delivering to our customers also.
You can also make use of the online shop and have your order couriered to you.

Regulation 11a
1. Food
i. Any food product, including non-alcoholic beverages;
ii. Animal food; and
iii. Chemicals, packaging and ancillary products used in the production of any food product.
How are you limiting the transfer of COVID-19 for Bake-A-Ton shoppers?
All customers will be requested to sanitise their hands before entering our shop. We do not expect the shop to be busy, but numbers will be limited to a maximum of 10 shoppers.
All surfaces in our shop are regularly wiped down with disinfectant and cleaned in order to mitigate the risk.
Our product is packed by staff wearing a mask and gloves and all delivered product will be placed in a sealed bag or container which will also be wiped down with sanitizer.
Any staff member showing symptoms will be immediately asked to no longer come to work and follow what instructions are directed to them by the government.
How will you deliver Online Orders during the lockdown period?
We encourage you to use our payment gateways.
We have both the option of the Netcash payment gateway for card payments and the option of EFT. There is no need for cash.
Our driver Nhlanhla will be handling local Durban deliveries. He will be equipped with mask and gloves.
He will ring your bell and wait for you to answer. He will place your order on the ground and then maintain a safe distance while you check if your order is correct.
Out of town and national deliveries will be handled by 'The Courier Guy'. They have a very strict regimen for delivery which is outlined on their website www.thecourierguy.co.za.
