We would like to advise all our customers that we will be open for operation during the National Shutdown period as we are suppliers and distributors for the production of food.
While our store will be open, we will have strict entry conditions for customers to ensure the safety of our small contingent of staff who will be working. Local delivery routes will remain unchanged and website orders will still be sent via The Courier Guy as they form part of Logistics and Distribution.
Local Free deliveries will only be made under the following conditions:
- Strictly COD, card payment or prior EFT. This includes customers who have previously been extended terms.
- Your delivery will be placed in a sealed bag and set down outside your premises along with the invoice. The driver will step back to allow you to check your order and sign, leaving the bottom copy for the driver
- In the case of cash or card payment, neither are permitted to change hands directly. The machine will be placed alongside your order should you wish to make use of it and cash should be placed with the signed invoice.
- The driver and assistant have been instructed to sanitise hands and card machine before and after each delivery.
During the lockdown, our supply chain is likely to be disrupted and as such, may be unable to source products we normally have available. We ask for your understanding in this regard and also request patience as we will be operating on a staff of 8 as opposed to the usual 20 people.
